Serving the seven-county metro, we build and renovate affordable homes for sale to low-income families with Habitat's zero percent mortgage. Habitat works side by side with selected homebuyers, community volunteers and staff to build simple, quality homes and to prepare homebuyers for successful homeownership. |

The program is available to any Minneapolis homeowner at risk of losing their home who wants a realistic assessment of their long-term ability to afford the home.
